This Privacy Policy explains how YENNPRI SOLUTIONS LLP ("SaptaMind", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit aicareer.saptamind.com, interact with our advertisements on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, contact us on WhatsApp, or enrol in the SaptaMind Agentic AI programme. It applies to visitors, leads and enrolled students.

By using our website or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit your information.

When you visit our website or interact with our ads, the following is collected automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies:

• Device and browser information — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (city/region level)
• Usage data — pages viewed, referral source, scroll depth, links and buttons clicked, form-start and form-submit events
• Video engagement — whether the free class was played, and watch-depth at set elapsed-time marks (for example 2, 5, 15, 30, 60 and 90 minutes)
• Advertising interaction data — which ad, campaign and creative brought you to the site, via UTM parameters and platform click identifiers

3.3 Information from third parties

• From Meta and Google, when you interact with our ads (aggregated/attribution data, and where applicable, hashed contact data sent back via Meta Conversions API or Google Enhanced Conversions to measure ad performance)
• From WhatsApp/Meta, when you message us via WhatsApp Business, including your WhatsApp profile name and number
• From our payment processor, confirmation that a payment was completed (not the underlying card/bank details)

5. Legal basis for processing

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a lead form or message us on WhatsApp) and for the “legitimate uses” recognised under the Act, such as responding to a request you have made. For visitors outside India where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on: your consent (marketing cookies and communications), performance of a contract (delivering the course you've paid for), and our legitimate interests (site analytics, security, and measuring advertising effectiveness), balanced against your rights.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads conversion tracking (including Enhanced Conversions) to measure site usage and advertising performance, plus myappzchat for on-site chat support. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of this site work.

Some of the service providers listed above (including Google and Meta) may process or store data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to require that these providers apply appropriate safeguards consistent with the DPDP Act and, for international visitors, with applicable data protection law such as the GDPR's standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms used by our providers.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy: lead and enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction if you do not enrol; enrolled-student records for the duration of your course access plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years in India); analytics and advertising data for the retention periods set by Google and Meta's own platforms, which are generally 14–38 months depending on the product. You may request earlier deletion subject to Section 10.

10.1 If you are in India (DPDP Act, 2023)

• Right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities carried out
• Right to correction and erasure of inaccurate, incomplete or no-longer-necessary personal data
• Right to grievance redressal — you can raise a complaint with us directly (Section 15) before approaching the Data Protection Board of India
• Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
• Right to withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal

10.2 If you are outside India (for example, EU/UK/EEA visitors)

• Right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data
• Right to restrict or object to certain processing, including for direct marketing
• Right to data portability, where technically feasible
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days).

11. Children's privacy

SaptaMind's programme is intended for adults (18 years and above) with at least basic programming familiarity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted internal access — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time: reply ‘STOP’ on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly using the details in Section 15. Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of essential service communications about a course you've enrolled in.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where required by law, we will notify you directly.

15. Grievance officer and contact

Appointed in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the DPDP Act, 2023. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 business days and resolve them within 30 days.

16. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this Policy that cannot be resolved through our Grievance Officer (Section 15) will be resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, on the same terms set out in Section 15 of our Terms of Service, rather than through court litigation — without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have under the DPDP Act or, if applicable, the GDPR, including the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.
